Meet Derek, our multi-talented maestro of libations! He spent a year slinging beer behind the bar at Daft Brewing Then he embarked on a vinous adventure in the enchanting Niagara Region to explore the world of wine. With his WSET level 3 certification securely tucked under his belt, Derek brings not just his wine expertise, but also his deep-rooted passion for craft beer. With his exceptional customer service along with his outstanding event organisation skills, Derek makes sure every little detail falls perfectly into place. So, you can sit back, relax, and savor the smoothest experience ever.

Say hello to Ryan, our brewing virtuoso extraordinaire! He has been with Daft Brewing since before we opened. Ryan began brewing over 15 years ago and has brewed pretty much any style of beer you can think of, and about 100 styles you cannot! Ryan pours his passion for blending flavors, developing cocktail recipies, and staring at rocks. Ryan has gained a reputation for his creative recipies, particularly when it comes to sour beers, juicy IPAs and cocktails.
