Below are a handful of questions that we get asked often and hopefully they can help you make the best decision possible for your libation needs.
Do you sell alcohol?
Yes! The Wandering Bar is really special because not only do we have this traveling bar, but we also own Daft Brewing. By also owning a brewery, we have a manufacturing and distribution license, which means we are able to sell alcohol. We can do this in many different ways, so the best path forward is to discuss what you want to achieve, and we’ll do the legwork to make it happen!
What are your technical requirements?
– Access to a flat area to set up that allows for truck/trailer access.
– A connection to a 120V outlet. (we can work around this!)
– An area to fill up water (we can work around this!)
Do you offer full refunds?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of event planning we cannot offer full refunds in the event your event is cancelled. Partial refunds may be available depending on how much notice is received prior to cancellation. Details on refunds are laid out and discussed in every client agreement.
What is your typical package price?
Great question! Packages are very customizable, and as such the price can fluctuate a lot between events. With that said:
We don’t yet know! We are just starting our bookings now. We anticipate a typical booking might range anywhere between $950-$3500 + alcohol cost. Prices vary depending on i) how long you want the trailer for ii) how many bartenders are needed iii) how many drinks, services, options and add-ons you request.

What drinks do you serve?
Now we’re talkin’!
Being associated with Daft Brewing really allows us to stretch our drink muscles. We have a handful of taps on the Wandering Bar and they can be completely customized to your needs, such as: easy drinking beer, Hazy IPAs, fruity sours, or we can switch it up and put on cider, Kombucha or kegged craft cocktails. We also offer a fine selection of wines, and cocktails.
How big is the Crimson Wing?
The Wandering Bar, or the Crimson Wing as we like to call her, is 17′ long, 8′ wide, 10′ tall, and weighs a healthy 2500bs.
